In addition to being a perinatal mental health therapist, Kayla Estenson Williams is a 500-hour trained Yoga Teacher with a certificate in Prenatal Yoga. Her teaching style is gentle, trauma-informed, and focused on supporting you in being present in your experience.

Whenever practicing yoga, please listen to your body and make adjustments as you need to. Ease out of any posture or movement that feels uncomfortable or painful. These classes are taught in a way that is safe for pregnancy, but please consult with your doctor before practicing yoga- especially if you have any health concerns or risk factors.
